When discovering that he has killed Desdemona after being duped by Iago, Othello mourns the deed and asks that the guard reports:-

A Sea of Troubles

Hamlet muses on his temptation to commit suicide:-

Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take up arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them?
